Abstract
Forty eight cheese samples produced from cows and Buffallues milk were used during June, July, Augest, December of 2006 and January and Febreuary 2007.Samples were randomly collected from mail dairy market Aljumhurya street, Karbala in the rate of 4 samples for each type of cheese monthly. Results revealed that, all samples were polluted by E.coli, and their was an incrment in the aerobic plate count and total choliform during the June, July and Augest. Noticeable increase in the bacterial number Manufactured cheese from cows milk was noticed. Possitive correlation between the aerobic plate count and total choliform in the cheese produced from cows milk (i.e. r = 0.75) was found. The same trend but to less extent was found in the Buffaloes cheese. When both kinds of cheese were preserved in citric acid solution with pH 3.9 at 4ْC , the growth of bacteria was stopped after 14 and 8 days for cows and Buffaloes cheese respectivly.

Abstract
Result of this experiment revealed the successful of ivermectin drug at a concentration of (1%)with a ratio(0.1/kg.B.W) that injected subcutaneous in birds which infected with Cheilospirura hamulosa warm. Results of blood physiological test were close to normal concentration of hemoglobin, glucose and alkaline phosphates.Mean while, the injection with 0.2ml dose of the ivermectin drug showed a negative effect on birds due to the toxicity signs of the drug in both, the control and infected birds, through hemoglobin., glucose and alkaline phosphates percentage count. On the other hand . it was found that the use of ivermectine drug had a positive effect on killing parasites in gasser, which result in speedy recovery of infected birds , compared with routne treatments used in killing this parasite (i.e. piprazin ; albendazol and levamezol) which have useless effects in controlling this parasite in most times.

Abstract
The enterotoxic moity present in the cell–free culther filterate of Salmonalla spp. was purified to apparent homogeneity by salt precipitation with ammonium sulphate and chromatography through sephadex G-100. It was non dialyzable. The entertoxin appeared to be of high molecular weight 100 KDa and composed of Glycoprotein. The enterotoxic, rapid and delayed permeability and increase suckling mice intestine weight activities were attributed to single protein moiety.

Abstract
The study included detection of the number, site and time of appearance of the primary ossification centers in the sternum of Awasi sheep and black goat feti, by using the modified double staining method that formed from alizarin red to detect the calcification which indicate the biginning of ossification process in the developing sternebrae (sternal pieces) and alcian blue to demonstrate the cartilage. The examination of the cleared stained sterna of Awasi sheep feti explained that each sternebra ossify from double ossification centers which fused later. The appearance of ossification centers in the sternum of sheep begins in the 7th. sternebra at 56 days old , then in the 3rd, 4th, 5th sternebra at 57 - 59 days old , then in the 2nd, 1st sternebra at 60-61 days old , while the double ossification centers of the 6th sternebra delayed in it’s appearance till 69 – 71 days old.The examination of the cleared staining sterna of black goat feti show that each sternebra ossify from single ossification center appear in the center of the sternebra. The appearance of these centers begin in the 7th sternebra at 54 days old, followed by appearance of ossification centers in the 4th , 5th , 6th , 3rd , 2nd , 1st sternebra at 56 , 57 , 58 ,60 ,63, 64 , days old respectively .

Abstract
An experiment was conducted with 20 Arabi lambs to study the effect of ensiling time on the nutritive value of wheat straw. Two silages containing 3% urea and 10% molasses, made early and late in summer, were compared in this experiment, both silages were fed to lambs supplemented with two levels of concentrates. The results of the experiment showed that ensiling straw at late summer seemed to produce better silage as compared to the quality of early summer silage, according to the chemical composition and organoleptic characteristics . It was found that storing silage in a high temperature conditions (35.5 Co) during July and August, reduced the intake values significantly (P< 0.01) , which were attributed to the secondary fermentations occurred during ensiling , causing a change in the palatability , but doubling the concentrate level minimized the differences between the two silages , however, it was observed that making straw silage in the late summer (during October and November, with a mean temperature of 21.9 Co ) reduced the DM , OM , NFE digestibility (P< 0.05) , and EE digestibility (P< 0.01) but it improved the CF digestibility (P< 0.05 ) , the CP digestibility did not influenced significantly by ensiling time . Doubling the concentrate level reduced the CP and CF digestibility (P< 0.05), but it increased the digestibility of EE (P< 0.05).

Abstract
This study showed that XE are an acute, generalized dermatitis, characterized by sudden onset at the 2 months of age mostly. The more obvious clinical findings concentrate on the level of histopathological changes. So,there are apathy, dandrufflike condition, thickening of the skin, vesicles are found. Histopathologlically, the microscopical investigations shows formation of clusters of itchy bullae, edematous papillary dermis, eosinophilic abscesses. Microbiologically, the labs investigation confirmed that the staphylococcus sp.,Mostly S. hyicus which abrased feet and leg mostly. In acute cases a vesicular – type virus may be the predisposing factor. So, this study confirms that the XE is a common disease in pigs and lead to the death of half of percentage of swine invaded with the agent of this disease.
