Effect of suspension of Aspergillus niger on body weight of male and female mice

Abstract
The present experiment had been aimed to study the effect of the suspension of Aspergillus niger on body weight of male and female mice . Male and female mice were injected (I.P.) with 0.1 ml and 0.2 ml of suspension for one dose during the experimental period and the body weight was determined after 7 days(first stage) and 14 days(second stage).
The results revealed that the suspension of A. niger caused non significant decreased in body weight of male and female mice treated with this suspension in the first stage compared with the control group .Also , the results indicated that the male and female mice treated with 0.1 ml from suspension in second stage showed a few decreasing in body weight but it was less than in the control group.
